Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional, tailored transfer pricing solutions that align with business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on complex transfer pricing matters, including documentation, planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end transfer pricing projects — from design to implementation — ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop junior professionals, creating a collaborative culture that supports growth, learning, and performance excellence.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market insights and relationship building, contributing to the firm’s growth agenda.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other service lines and international teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CITN, ADIT) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in transfer pricing or related tax advisory roles.
- Proven expertise in analyzing financial and economic data to evaluate the arm’s length nature of intercompany transactions.
- Strong knowledge of local transfer pricing rules and OECD guidelines, with a deep understanding of documentation standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated people leadership skills, with experience managing, coaching, and inspiring teams.
- Business development mindset and the ability to identify and cultivate new client relationships.
